Service Description
Evidence has shown that children of all ages suffer with mental health concerns and mini medics have developed a new training program aimed at children from age 9 years old. This course is aimed to provide learners with a basic understanding of mental health, including what mental health means, how it is linked to physical health, what to do if they have a worry and various ways in which they can look after their mental health. A basic course to aid development of good mental health including the following modules: Understanding mental health Emotions and feelings Mental health problems Talking about mental health Looking after our mental health.
